"All scores to be considered for standings must reach the scorekeeper (by mail, fax or phone) by 5:00 PM on the Monday, November 16th.  Teams whose cards are not received by the Scorekeeper may be eliminated from post-season play at the discretion of the BYSA Executive Board.  Decision of the BYSA Executive Board  will be final.  There is no appeal.
