U6/U8 – ($30) - 8:00am to 1:00 pm - Lake Jackson Library, MacLean Fields

U10/U12 – ($40) - 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm – Lake Jackson Library, MacLean Fields

1. Please make out a check or money order for amount shown above to BYSA by July 16, 2008. 
2. Bring to class or drop off to 135 Frostwood Drive, Lake Jackson, Texas 77566
3. Please include your name, phone number, and which clinic you will be attending.  We will call or email you if a location change is made.
