BYSA Coaches Clinic Dates

U6/U8 8:00a to 1:00p $30
U10/U12 2:00p to 8:00p $40
 
THIS WILL BE THE LAST BYSA COURSE OFFERED.  PLEASE NOTIFY ANY COACHES THAT WERE NOT ABLE TO TAKE THE JULY COURSE. 
 
It is filling quickly, so I need responses as soon as possible. We will put as many coaches as possible in this course.

1. Please make out a check or money order for amount shown above to BYSA by August 7, 2008. 
2. Bring to class or drop off to 135 Frostwood Drive, Lake Jackson, Texas 77566 or dropped off in the blue box on my front porch.
3. Please include your name, phone number, and which clinic you will be attending.  We will call or email you if a location change is made.
